The vision of the Collaborative Association of Brevard is to eliminate the need to litigate family disputes.

Collaborative Law is a process that enables parties involved in a dissolution of marriage or other family matters to resolve their differences in a non-adversarial setting, utilizing the expertise of attorneys, mental health & financial professionals. The process operates in an environment grounded in good faith, cooperation, integrity, honesty and professional ethics. The process enables the parties to avoid the increasing hostility caused and encouraged by litigation. Collaborative Law can succeed since the parties are committed to the process and incorporate reasonableness into achieving success.
